KING COMPANYis providing Design-Build services for the new South Orange Retail project located in the SoDo District of Orlando.
The project consists of demolition of existing commercial and residential structures to accommodate the new multi-tenant retail center and site. South Orange will be home to several new national tenants with the project schedule to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Governor Rick Scott made a trip to Boca Raton, highlighting job growth at the new Orangetheory Fitness global headquarters. Construction is complete on the 40,000 SF phase of the project which includes corporate offices, an Orangetheory Fitness studio, Wellness Center, Franchise Training Center and common area building improvements
