Launch Federal Credit Union’s Orange City, FL branch project is complete, with KING COMPANYBuilding Company having provided Pre-Construction and Design-Build services for the project.
The Orange City branch continues Launch FCU’s expansion throughout Brevard and Volusia Counties and utilized a prototype branch design developed by the Design-Build team of KING COMPANYBuilding Company, BHM Architecture and Joseph Lawrence and Co Engineering.
Completed in July 2015, the 2 acre site boasts a pad ready out parcel along with the LFCU branch consisting of concrete, structural steel, masonry and pre-cast concrete panels. Other notable features of the facility include sustainable finish materials, LED lighting, building automation and access controls.
