Construction is complete on Phase III of the Orangetheory Fitness Global Headquarters project in Boca Raton. Phase III of the project consisted of a 12,000 square foot Information Technology department that supports OrangeTheory’s global franchise network. The interior design by KING COMPANYDesign-Build team member Errez Design includes an indoor “Orange Grove” and other amenities that make this space truly one of a kind. Phase III completed the 50,400 SF project.
Construction is complete at South Orange Retail, a redevelopment project located within Orlando’s SoDo district. KING COMPANYprovided Design-Build services for the project as well as tenant improvement services for OrangeTheory Fitness, European Wax Center and Smoothie King. KING COMPANYprovided Design-Build services for the project that included site demolition, environmental remediation and a new multi-tenant retail center. KING COMPANYhas two additional Design-Build redevelopment projects under contract in the SoDo district for 2019.
